The inspector is responsible for performing tests as requested and submitting results promptly to PHA. The contract, titled "PHA Lead Wipe Services," has a projected value between $500,000 and $2,000,000 and is open for responses until October 11, 2024. The services are critical for ensuring ongoing compliance with lead safety standards across the authority’s properties, supporting PHA’s commitment to maintaining safe and healthy housing environments for residents.
