Full Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Alcon Laboratories Inc. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) for PHACO Cataract Packs, Part No. AS13120-08. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All firms responding to this notice must be registered with SAM (System Award Management) website www.sam.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
