AI Contract Overview
The Nevada Army National Guard has issued a request for quotation (RFQ W9124X-26-Q-A014) for a specialized three-day training course on Pharmaceutical Based Agents (PBA) designed for the 92nd Civil Support Team. The training, scheduled for June 15-17, 2026, in Carson City, Nevada, aims to provide personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize, assess, and mitigate threats involving pharmaceuticals, including precursors, analogs, and related hazardous materials. This procurement is set aside exclusively for small businesses under NAICS code 611519, targeting vendors primarily engaged in technical and trade school services with a size standard of $21 million. The government will provide the training facility, while the contractor is responsible for delivering instructional materials and conducting the training to meet the specified objectives. Proposals must include a detailed technical approach outlining the curriculum and methodology, past performance documentation demonstrating relevant experience within the last three years, and a completed Standard Form 1449 for pricing, although no pricing data is currently provided. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, past performance, and price, with a best-value trade-off approach rather than low-price acceptance alone. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses tailored to commercial products and services (FAR Part 12) with specific adherence to provisions such as 52.212-1 through 52.212-5, and includes required certifications and registrations, including active SAM registration. Offers are due by 11:00 AM PDT on May 26, 2026, and must be submitted via email to the contracting officer, Gregory P. Kothman. The contract terms include standard commercial clauses with some DoD and national security-related provisions, and the government will conduct inspection and acceptance at the performance location, processing payments electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
