This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5427489431 dated November 7, 2025 with a closing of November 21, 2025 at 1200 MST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Please be advised that late submissions will not be accepted or considered. This bid solicitation is Phase One of a two-phase procurement process: A) Phase 1: Evaluation of the qualifications of all interested suppliers. B) Phase 2: Only suppliers deemed qualified in Phase 1 will be invited to submit a financial bid based on the project specifications and drawings. Correctional Service Canada requires the complete provision of labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to upgrade the Building Management System, in addition to the replacement of the boiler plant at the Main Lodge (Building 8) at the Okimaw Ohci Healing Lodge (OOHL). OOHL is a minimum-security facility owned and operated by Correctional Service Canada, located approximately 30 km south of Maple Creek, Saskatchewan.
