The Bureau of Indian Education plans to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to SBC Global Services/AT&T for a phone service contract lasting six months. This award is made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1(b), as SBC/AT&T is already the preferred vendor providing phone services at Haskell Indian Nations University and for various Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Bureau of Indian Education offices. The procurement does not solicit competitive quotations, and no solicitation will be issued, reflecting a non-competitive, sole source acquisition. While this notice is informational, firms possessing the capabilities to meet the requirement may submit capability statements to the designated purchasing agent at the Bureau of Indian Education. The government retains sole discretion on whether to engage in competition. The contract is categorized under NAICS code 517919 and is managed through the Bureau of Indian Affairs within the Department of the Interior. The office handling the procurement is located in Reston, Virginia, and communications regarding this contract will only be accepted via the specified email contact.
