SYD81 System, Sole Source to Intuitive Research Technology Corporation

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is conducting market research for a potential new five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Space Systems Command (SSC) Program Executive Officer for Operational Test and Training Infrastructure and System Delta 81. The contract scope involves integrating physical and virtual range capabilities into enterprise-level space and joint military solutions, requiring advanced expertise in systems engineering and project management to deliver operationally relevant space solutions. Key tasks include producing multi-classification level enterprise architecture products and working with various test and training ranges such as the National Space Test and Training Complex, Eglin Test Range in Florida, Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, and the National Cyber Range Complex, among others. This acquisition is planned as a sole-source award to Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation under FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) due to there being only one responsible source at this time.
