Full Description

This is a notice of intends to award a sole-source purchase order and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (NCEZID), Division of Preparedness and Emerging Infections (DPEI, intens to solicit and enter into a contract with Pilgrim Software, Inc., 2807 W Busch Blvd, STE 200, Tampa, FL 33618-4563. This is to procure 1 year of Pilgrim Software and Maintenance Support: Smartsolve Software Modules, ValPaks, SSA/ADU & CSA: SmartComplaints, SmartCAPA and SmartDoc, 10 users. The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award to only one contractor using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511 and the small business size standard is $25.5M. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13 Interested parties who feel they possess the expertise and experience with performance of Software Maintenance for the above items, should submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to Tommy Dorsey by email at tjd6@cdc.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government shall consider all responses received within three (3) days of this posting. A determination by the CDC not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notification, is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
