The product must retain at least 85 percent of its remaining shelf life upon arrival at the first government activity, with precise dating requirements for Type I and Type II items per DOD 4140.27-M and MIL-STD-129P, including expiration dates marked in month/year format. Government source inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is mandatory, and the contractor is fully responsible for quality assurance, including maintaining inspection records for 365 days post-delivery. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073 and the specific instructions provided, and all technical documents referenced must be sourced through authorized channels such as DODSSP or designated Navy offices, with special handling required for NOFORN and classified materials. The contract is issued under FOB destination terms and incorporates priority ratings for national defense use, cybersecurity maturity certification requirements, and annual representations certifications per recent deviations. Delivery timelines are unspecified but must align with the contract’s performance schedule. The point of contact is Joshua D. Martin, with communications directed via email, and all contractual documents are considered issued upon electronic transmission.
