Representatives from the DISTRICT and ENGINEER will be present to discuss the Project. DISTRICT will transmit to all prospective BIDDERS of record such Addenda as OWNER and ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. A site visit to the Platte South facilities will be scheduled following the pre-bid conference. Prospective Bidders, Suppliers, and Subcontractors are encouraged to arrive at 1:45 PM to avoid congesting the entrance to the plant. All Visitors will need to have a Government Issue ID (Driver’s License) to gain access to the site. Any visitor without the proper ID will not be allowed on site. The pre-bid conference and site visit are mandatory for Bidders and sub-bidding suppliers and subcontractors.
