The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has a requirement to procure plum cases for hurricane response. The plum cases will all be shipped to the Virginia Disaster Operations Center (VA-DOC) in Winchester, VA to be tested and updated. FEMA will then ship the devices to the Joint Field Offices (JFOs) set up for disaster response and recovery. This order will be for plum cases, cradlepoints, and life cycle maintenance. This award covers a cumulative quantity of 192.25 NetCloud Manager Renewals for both portals (300013 and 300010), as well as, a one-time reinstatement fee for existing equipment. Additionally, this award includes quantity 259 XPL9001 Plum Explorer Plum-Cases and quantity 1 ENH9001 Plum Enhanced Plum-Case, with the inclusion of a Plum Care Annual Service Package and a 1-year license for the Cradlepoint Net Cloud Manager Platform for each of the models. This package is meant to provide warranty and replacement for all defective and broken hardware and all new software, software upgrades, security patching, and software tech support and access to the NCM (Net Cloud Management Portal) for remote management of the devices no matter where there deployed.
