Plumbing Services On-Demand

The Hopewell Redevelopment and Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for on-demand plumbing services to maintain and provide new services across four locations in Hopewell, Virginia: Thomas Rolfe, Davisville Bland Court, Piper Square, and the HRHA Central Office. The scope of work includes emergency and scheduled repairs for sinks, toilets, water heaters, boilers, and commercial gas pipes, all of which must be performed in accordance with International Plumbing Code and National Standard Plumbing Code guidelines.
