PM Biometrics products/services

The Department of Defense has discontinued its efforts to procure support for the comprehensive range of biometric products and services under the Program Manager Biometrics portfolio. This includes systems and tools such as the Automated Biometric Identification System (ABIS), Biometrics Automated Toolset-Army (BAT-A), Near Real Time Identity Operations (NRTIO), Automated Non-Stop Contact-less Multi-Biometric Identification (ASTERIA), Gatekeeper on the Move - Biometrics (GOTM-B), Facial Recognition Binoculars System (FRBS), Fast Short Tandem Repeat (FaSTR), Video Identity Collection and Exploitation (VICE), and Voice Identity Biometric Exploitation Services (VIBES). Consequently, the solicitation for sources to support these capabilities has been withdrawn, and no further questions regarding this notice will be entertained. The contract was originally posted on February 19, 2019, under solicitation number W909MY-18-R-A024 and was classified as a sources-sought notice within NAICS code 541330. It was managed by the W6QK Acc-apg Cont Ct Wash Office in Alexandria, Virginia.
