PNA 484-090826 Government Estimator Contract Services (State Funded)

The Georgia Department of Transportation is soliciting two statewide, state-funded contracts for Government Estimator Contract Services under solicitation number PE-48401-RFQ-2027-000000612. The selected consultants will act as Owner Representatives, providing programmatic and project management support to transition projects from Preliminary Engineering funding authorization to the start of preliminary design activities. Statements of Qualifications are due by September 8, 2026. To ensure a fair procurement process, firms are prohibited from communicating about the solicitation or scope with GDOT staff, including the Commissioner and Board Members, until the official award announcement. Violations of these communication restrictions may lead to the rejection of a respondent's submittal.
