Requirement Title: Preventative and Remedial Maintenance for Diesel Generators


The Contracting Officer will conduct a site visit at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. All prospective offerors are urged to attend this site visit. Offerors attending the site visit will meet at the following time and location to be escorted to the site: 


Date: Thursday September 24, 2026


Time: 10:00 AM EST


Location: Portsmouth Naval Shipyard


Offerors who plan to attend shall submit a visit request at least three (3) days prior to the visit.  Offerors shall comply with the base access requirements specified elsewhere specified in the solicitation to gain access to the site. Vendors should fill out the attached DBIDs access form and submit it along with their visit request to the Contract Negotiator via e-mail at: david.a.agea.civ@us.navy.mil


The deadline for receipt of questions is Monday September 28, 2026 by 09:00 AM EST.  Although every effort will be made, the Government makes no guarantee that questions received after the date above will be answered.


Evaluation and Basis for Award:


The Government intends to solicit, evaluate and award a contract resulting from this solicitation using the policies and procedures in FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a single contract to the Vendor whose quotation represents the highest technically rated proposal with fair and reasonable prices to the Government in accordance with RFO FAR 15.103-3, based on the following factors and elements:
