Invitation for Bid (IFB): Snow Removal Services Amtrak is seeking qualified contractors to provide snow removal and ice control services at thirty-two (32) stations throughout the Pacific Northwest Division, including locations along the Empire Builder, Coast Starlight, and Cascades routes. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis in response to snow and ice events. Amtrak reserves the right to award multiple locations to a single contractor or make multiple awards.
