1.0 SCOPE & CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus, Division of Police and Division of Fire with a Universal Term Contract (blanket type) to purchase clothing and accessories for its Pipes and Drum personnel. The proposed contract will be in effect through October 31, 2028. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide and deliver pipes and drums clothing, accessories and related items.
