The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-26 and DAC 91-13. The proposed Brand Name acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial item type contract with the procedures detailed in FAR 13.5. NAICS code 423430 applies. Description of requirement: The government has a requirement for Polycom SoundStation2W Conference Phones.
