NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSSCSWCC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for PolyWorks software to InnovMetric Software Inc located at 2014, rue Cyrille-Duquet, #310 Qu�bec, QC, G1N 4N6 Canada. A sole source justification has been reviewed and approved by the Small Business Professional. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
