Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed  Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for the rental of ten (10) Port A John stations each with  approximate dimensions of 4 feet wide by 4 feet deep by 7.5 feet high, and four (4) handwashing stations. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information  in FAR subpart 12.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.


The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Total Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 562991. The small business size standard is 9,000,000. The Product Service Code is W085.
