This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


ASRC Federal and/or the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event ASRC or the Government cancels this solicitation, neither has any obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs.

“Offerors are advised that the use of any systems, services, or software produced, provided, or developed by Anthropic, PBC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or successor entities, in the performance of this Purchase Order, including any connection, integration, interface, data exchange, or attempted connection to Department of Defense (DoD) / Department War (DoW) networks, systems, applications, or environments. Anthropic, PBC products are expressly prohibited in any resultant award. Offerors must ensure their technical and management approaches comply with this prohibition.


Offerors’ Proposals must demonstrate:

·         Subcontractor/vendor solutions do not rely on Anthropic models, APIs, hosted services (e.g., Claude, Claude.ai), or derivative technologies.
