Interested parties are not being requested to submit competitive quotes, but those who believe they can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement by June 17, 2026, for consideration. The notice emphasizes that responding to this announcement does not guarantee the government will initiate a competitive procurement, and any costs incurred by responders will not be reimbursed.
