247-The flooring throughout the facility needs to be replaced. At the entrance of the building there is a tile missing that divot down. There are several stained areas, cracks, and deep scratches embedded into the flooring. The flooring has been an ongoing CNIC Inspection hit. If the flooring is not replaced it will be breaking our health/sanitation and safety procedures/policies that are required to be in place in order for the facility to operate properly. 249-The flooring throughout the facility needs to be replaced. f In the hallway at the entrance of the Training and Curriculum Specialist office is a large crack, as well as, the Kitchen and Hallway/ There are several stained areas and deep scratches embedded into the flooring. The flooring has been an on going CNIC Inspection hit.
