NBSD Requirements Branch WIB Submission Form Work Type (contract or shops): contract Maximo Location: BALBOA-12 SCOPE POC: MIKE MARTIN Scope of work (include mission need dates, and or special requirements): 1)REMOVE OLD FLOOR/ WALL AND SHOWER TILE, INSTALL NEW TILE. 2)RECONFIGURE MALE SHOWERS TO REMOVE GANG SHOWERS 3)REPALCE ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES AND REPLACE WITH NEW 4)REPLACE ALL TOILET PARTITIONS WITH NEW 5)PATCH AND PAINT SPACE TO MATCH EXISTING 6) REMOVE EXISTING LIGHTING AND ADD NEW LED FIXTURES. 7)REPLACE ALL ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, ADD GFCI WHERE NEEDED. 8.) REPAIR ALL SHOWERS AND INTERIOR PLUMBING 9.
