The improvement consists of:    Construction of Area 440 Sludge Storage Tanks and Odor Control System, and installation of new sludge pumps and sump pumps and associated equipment, instruments and piping in the existing Area 420 and 530. Structural modifications to existing building in Area 420 for new room separation and entrances. Demolition of existing Chlorine Building, demolition of portions of the structure, equipment and piping in Areas 420 and 530 to accommodate new equipment and structural features. Excavation, shoring, dewatering, and pile installation required for new construction in Area 440. Demolition and replacement of RAS pump discharge and header piping and two pumps, demolition and replacement of WAS pumps, installation of secondary clarifier dewatering pump and discharge piping, and temporary piping to accommodate the RAS work in Area 340. Work includes associated electrical equipment installation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning improvements, repair and reconstruction of existing structures affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility, including commissioning of all installed work. 
Price Range: $14,100,000 to $17,000,000
