(a) A Zone Modification to authorize a 4.73-acre (gross) parcel where five (5) acres (gross) is required (Section 19.16.050 and Section 19.54.050) in an A [E (5) in suspense] (Exclusive Agriculture [Estate 5 acres, in suspense]); and (b) Tentative Parcel Map 12445 proposing to divide an approximate 19.76-acre (gross) parcel into four (4) parcels ranging in size from 4.73 acres (gross) to 5.16 acres (gross); with Development Variations to the Land Division Ordinance to authorize Type C improvements for the proposed private easement where Type A are required (Section 18.55.030.A.1.h) and to authorize a 60-foot-wide private access easement where a 60-foot-wide public access easement is required (Section 18.55.030.A.5.f)
