The City Of Pittsburgh Office of Management & Budget, on behalf of the Department of Finance is seeking proposals from qualified lawn service businesses and/or community-based organizations for the Pre-Qualified List for Land Maintenance. The initial contract period shall commence upon the first executed contract and shall terminate at midnight on December 31st, 2027. The City is not accepting responses through OpenGov Procurement. All bids must be submitted electronically by emailing your completed application packet to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov . Failure to submit the PQMA packet to contracts@pittsburghpa.gov shall result in significant delays in processing the application.
