Le mandat décrit dans le présent appel d’offres s’inscrit dans les domaines de l’architecture, de l’ingénierie et de l’architecture du paysage. Le programme fonctionnel et technique (PFT) du projet a été réalisé. Le but du présent appel d’offres est d’obtenir des soumissions sous la forme d’une offre de services et d’une offre de prix pour l’équipe complète de conception : a) regroupant toutes les disciplines d’architecture et d’ingénierie, soit l’architecture, l’architecture du paysage, le génie électrique, le génie mécanique, le génie structurel et le génie civil. b) devant bonifier le programme de construction, concevoir les plans et devis et prendre en charge la surveillance de chantier du projet de préservation, de restauration et de réhabilitation de la maison René-Lévesque; c) ayant également pour mandat la coordination avec les autres professionnels qui seront potentiellement mandatés par le Ministère (muséologue, acousticien, gestionnaire de projet, etc.), le tout suivant les conditions et modalités décrites au présent document d’appel d’offres.
