The selected contractor or contractors will provide labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and qualified drivers/operators to assist City personnel with clearing, removal, hauling, processing, and disposal of debris, ice, snow, and other obstructions from City roadways, bridges, culverts, parking lots, sidewalks, crosswalks, rights-of-way, and other City-owned or maintained property.
