The City of Atlanta, through its Department of Watershed Management, is soliciting bids for comprehensive fencing and gate automation services across 59 facilities located throughout Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest Atlanta, including small sites and outfalls. All vendors must hold a valid Georgia General Contractor License, demonstrate at least three years of experience working on municipal or federal properties, and maintain current certifications in gate automation installation. Mandatory requirements include submission of a Contractor Affidavit (Form 1) to confirm E-Verify enrollment under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act, with failure to submit resulting in automatic disqualification.
