Pre-Qualification for Maintenance Shop Renovations at Noman M. Cole JR. Water Recycling Facility

The work shall include but may not be limited to the following: • Demolition of interior finishes, shop equipment, doors, partitions, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T'. • Providing new partitions, doors, finishes, etc. at Building 'A', Building 'A2', and Building 'T' where indicated. • Providing new shop equipment and relocating existing shop equipment. • Providing replacement of existing HVAC system, vents, ductwork, and other mechanical equipment. • Providing new plumbing fixtures, piping, and connections. • Providing new electrical outlets and light fixtures. • Performing work in separate construction phases, as required for renovation of Owner-occupied spaces within areas of work.
The work will take place within the NMCWRF, a 67 million-gallons-per day (MGD) Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant with peak flows up to 120 MGD that runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With multiple other construction work taking place at the NMCWRF, all work will have to be completed in phases to maintain the NMCWRF’s continuous operational needs.
