SECO Energy is seeking to identify and prequalify experienced, qualified contractors for participation in upcoming substation construction projects. Firms interested in being considered for future bid opportunities are invited to review and complete the attached Bidder Qualification Specifications package. The attached qualification documents outline SECO Energy`s requirements, evaluation criteria, and supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate your firm`s experience, capabilities, safety record, financial stability, and relevant project history. Only contractors who successfully meet the qualification requirements may be considered for future solicitations and bidding opportunities.
