This Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders is intended to solicit information in the form of a qualification questionnaire and qualification statements. All Bidders that intend to submit a bid for the Project must fully complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by VTA in order to be included on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Bidder that has failed to comply with these requirements. If two or more firms submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, or expect to submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be separately pre-qualified. NOTE: There will be another link for the official IFB C26146F, this is for Pre-Qualification only.

Addendum #2: Certain revision, additions, and modifications are hereby incorporated into this Pre-Qual documents. The changes are as follows: Page I-7, INTRODUCTION TO THE REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION, Section H. (GENERAL CONTRACTOR) 1st paragraph is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the followings: " Bidders are advised that they must have a California contractor's license, classification Class B, C10, C-7, and C-36 to bid on this Project. If pre-qualified, Bidder's subcontractor must also have a California contractor's license and must be reflected at his/her Bid.
