Pre-Qualification of General Construction Contracting Services for City Facilities

The City of Guelph is seeking to establish a list of pre-qualified general construction contractors to support the Facilities and Energy Management Department with capital improvements, renovations, repairs, and maintenance across various city-owned facilities. This Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ), solicitation number 26-075, aims to identify responsible applicants for two distinct project tiers: Category A for projects up to $500,000 and Category B for projects between $500,000 and $2,000,000. The City anticipates inviting pre-qualified suppliers to bid on approximately twenty-five or more projects over an initial three-year term ending December 31, 2029, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods.
