The scope includes comprehensive facilities such as living quarters, information systems, fire and security systems, utilities, site development, and security measures aligned with Department of Defense standards, with an expected contract duration of approximately 1,000 days. The project emphasizes energy efficiency, security, and a minimum lifespan of 40 years.
