The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to perform Inspection of Golf Net Poles, Camp Zama in Japan, award date is around 20 May 2026 (subject to change).


Description of Services:


The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection of 312 Golf Net Poles at Camp Zama Golf Club on U.S. Army Garrison Japan installations in Camp Zama.  The contractor shall perform in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, commercial standards, instruction of Concrete Pole Consulting Association, and Japanese Construction Law.    


The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification for the entire life of this contract.  A copy of the certificates or permits must be submitted prior to contract award.


1.  Concrete Pole Inspector


2.  Non-destructive testing technician for Ultrasonic Flaw Detection, Level 2


3.  Certified Electrician, 1st Class


4.  Architect, 2nd Degree or more.


Note 1:   All work for this project shall be performed exclusively in Japan. The contract price shall be inclusive of all travel and lodging expenses required for project execution.
