The University of Mississippi, through the Office of the Director of Procurement Services, is soliciting bids for the construction of the FM Trucking Warehouse, identified as UM 26-047 and Bid File 1296. This SLED project involves new building construction services located in University, Mississippi. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room of the John W. White Facilities Management Building. The deadline for bid submissions is October 15, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. CT. Bids must be submitted using the form provided by the architect and can be delivered physically to the Office of the Director of Procurement Services or electronically via the university's secure bidding portal. All submissions must include a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent of the base bid payable to the University of Mississippi. For physical submissions, the exterior envelope must display the contractor's current Certificate of Responsibility and License numbers, unless the bid total does not exceed 50,000 dollars.
