The County of Santa Clara (County) has determined that all Prime Contractors for the Oakland Road Warehouse Tenant Improvement Project must be prequalified prior to submitting a proposal. The County intends to use the list of pre-qualified contractors for the RFP-FAF-FY25_263-CP20021, Oakland Road Warehouse Tenant Improvement Project. Notwithstanding, in its sole and absolute discretion the County reserves the right to expand the solicitation to all contractors, conduct another round prequalification, or not pursue the prequalification process.
