KS27-031PQ Prequalification of Bidders for Topographical Surveyors, Professional ServicesThe Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is soliciting submissions for Professional Services on an “as needed” basis for facility renewal projects. Following prequalification, TDSB may invite prequalified firms to participate in project-specific procurement processes based on the requirements and needs of each project. Prequalification does not guarantee any volume of work, minimum expenditure, or award of any project. TDSB will determine the appropriate procurement process for each project in accordance with its applicable policies and procedures. PreQualification entails various Mandatory Requirements and Evaluation Criteria detailed within the documentation.Responses are requested only from firms that have the capacity to perform work on tight timelines, and this type of professional service is within their area of expertise. The Board will not conduct business with any supplier currently engaged in litigation against the Board. The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional twelve-month periods, exercised one (1) year at a time at the discretion of TDSB. Contracts may also be reviewed annually and, at TDSB’s discretion, may be subject to an annual refresh. In the event of an annual refresh, the established list of prequalified vendors will remain in place, and additional bidders may be invited to participate in the prequalification process.Proponents must achieve a minimum overall score of 70 points out of 100 (70%) to be eligible for prequalification.
