The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) has a requirement to integrate a Laboratory Intelligence Validated Emulator (LIVE) and an accredited Secret Training Network (STN) into the Australia, Canada, United Kingdom Reprogramming Laboratory (ACURL) at Eglin AFB, FL. The threat model must provide real-time operator interaction, be recorded and time synchronized to all other lab test data and be upgradeable to integrate with future air system capabilities being delivered by LM Aero under the Block 4 contract. The contractor shall be responsible for procuring, delivering, and integrating the necessary hardware, software, and network infrastructure that supports LIVE.
