The air for the sterile storage and clean work area cannot be secondhand air from the corridor. The room is required to meet the air change rates, and temperature and relative humidity from ASHRAE Standard 170, and the air used for positive pressure has to come directly from the air handler. Soiled or Decontamination room 2 ACH OA, 6 Total ACH, all air exhausted outside, 60-73 degree F, no RH requirement; clean work room/sterile storage 2 ACH/ 4 ACH total, max 60 % RH, clean work room 68-73 degrees F, and sterile storage maximum 75 degrees F. Also, this work that has to be done will need an ICRA and the contractor will have to meet all requirements of the ICRA assessment. Probably air barriers and negative pressure alarmed with pressure sensor, walk off mats. They can probably use one of those mobile negative pressure zones that accordions up to the ceiling.
