This is a Sole Source Request for Quotation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Perform critical preventative and corrective maintenance on U.S. Navy Diving Equipment, Flexible Hoses, Divers Life Support Systems (DLSS), and associated support systems, including Bauer air compressors.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Payment will be via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

Only responsible sources who are registered in SAM.gov may submit a quote to be considered by the agency. System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/.

The Government intends to make a single award to the sole source quoter, subject to the Government’s determination that the quoted price is fair and reasonable and that the quoter is responsible.

To be eligible for award of a purchase order hereunder, the Quoter must be determined by the Contracting Officer to be a responsible prospective Quoter in accordance with RFO 9.1. The Government may utilize a combination of various Government database repositories used to determine that a contractor is responsible. Such sources include but are not limited to the following: System for Award Management (SAM) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).

All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms.
