Preventative Maintenance for the FIRE PROTECTION AND SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

The State of Indiana, through the Department of Administration, Division of Public Works, is soliciting quotations for the preventative maintenance of fire protection and suppression systems at Madison State Hospital. The scope of work includes the inspection, calibration, cleaning, lubrication, and repair of components such as the Simplex automated addressable fire alarm and monitoring system, kitchen systems, and sprinkler systems across eight specific buildings on the central campus. All services must comply with NFPA 25, NFPA 13A, and Joint Commission NFPA standards. The contract is estimated to be valued at less than 150,000 dollars, with a performance period of 365 calendar days starting within ten days of the final signature.
