The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Sagamore Children's Psychiatric Center, located at 197 Half Hollow Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Chillers & Ancillary Equipment at the facility. The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A mandatory site visit will be held at the facility on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 10:00am ET. Directions to the site visit are provided in the IFB instructions. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, May 27, 2024 at 3:00pm ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, June 4, 2024 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB.
