The New York State Office of Mental Health is soliciting bids for an Invitation for Bid (IFB 26-085) to procure preventive maintenance services for the Building Management System (BMS) and ancillary equipment at the Rockland Psychiatric Center's Hudson River Clinic in Poughkeepsie, New York. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, providing detailed checklists of digital readings and gauges, and maintaining a record of all replaced parts.
