Prineville DMV Janitorial Services

The Oregon Department of Transportation is soliciting a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Prineville DMV facility, located at 1595 E Third Street Suite A-3, Prineville, OR. The facility consists of 1,200 square feet, including 400 square feet of hard flooring and 800 square feet of carpet. The anticipated contract term is four years, with potential extensions up to six years. Regular cleaning services are to be performed between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., excluding state holidays. The scope of work includes routine daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, periodic maintenance of carpeted and non-carpeted areas, and emergency cleaning services, for which the contractor must be able to respond on-site within one hour of notification. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Applicants must demonstrate at least three years of experience in similar services and provide three professional references. Bidders must adhere to strict compliance standards, including OSHA regulations, Hazard Communication standards for chemical labeling, and Title VI non-discrimination provisions. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and automobile liability of $1,000,000.
