Printing Services

Carroll Independent School District is soliciting proposals under RFP 24-07-01-04 to establish a multi-award catalog of approved vendors for printing services. This procurement aims to create a broad base of providers to meet various district needs, including custom screen printing and yearbook production, on an as-needed basis. The contract is intended for the 2024-2025 school year, with the possibility of three additional one-year extensions through 2027-2028. All pricing must be firm for the contract term and include all shipping and handling charges, delivered F.O.B. Destination to specified district locations. Vendors must submit proposals electronically via the Ionwave portal, including mandatory documentation such as a W-9, Certificate of Insurance, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and certifications regarding lobbying and EDGAR compliance. The contract incorporates strict adherence to Texas State Purchasing Laws and federal regulations, including requirements for non-boycott of Israel, non-support of foreign terrorist organizations, and MWBE/HUB disclosures. Invoicing is handled via email to the accounts payable department and requires a valid purchase order for payment under net 30 terms. The district maintains the right to terminate the agreement for cause or convenience and reserves exclusive authority to inspect and accept deliveries based on industry standards and provided specifications.
