Contractors must furnish all personnel, equipment, software, and supervision necessary to meet the detailed requirements outlined in the Statement of Work and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, which include accessing the CDCS via VPN using approved commercial software and adhering to strict IT security and data protection protocols for Controlled Unclassified Information and Federal Tax Information.
