Kronos Family of Systems Commercial Solutions Opening
Solicitation # FA8806-26-S-0001
The Kronos Family of Systems Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), identified by Notice ID FA8806-26-S-0001, is a competitive solicitation issued by Space Systems Command to acquire innovative commercial products, technologies, and services. The program focuses on enhancing US Space Force Command and Control missions through advanced cloud computing infrastructure, AI/ML integration, cybersecurity, and mission-specific software applications. A primary area of interest is the development of end-to-end Operational C2 functionality for Echelon 2 and 3 levels, including the National Space Defense Center and Combined Space Operation Center. The government utilizes a rolling solicitation structure with staggered calls for various Areas of Interest (AOIs), with a notional schedule for prototype awards beginning in November 2026 and performance periods lasting approximately six months. The acquisition process is divided into multiple phases, starting with a Phase IA white paper and quad chart submission, followed by a potential Phase IB pitch session and a final Phase II technical and price proposal. Awards may be executed via Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) or FAR-based contracts. Evaluation is conducted by subject-matter expert peer reviews based on the merit of the proposed concept rather than against other offerors, focusing on government interest, technical validity, and price reasonableness. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov, be determined responsible under FAR 9.104, and provide a comprehensive Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) mitigation plan. All initial submissions must remain unclassified, though Phase II offerors are expected to possess the necessary facility and personnel security clearances for classified work.

On-Ramp_Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) Program
Solicitation # W912CH-26-R-0001
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting qualified sources to establish Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track (BOAST) program. This on-ramp opportunity, identified as solicitation W912CH-26-R-0001, is designed to expedite the acquisition of Class IX supplies, including repair parts, components, and assemblies for Army equipment across various subclasses such as air, tactical vehicles, electronics, and weapons. The BOA is a non-binding written instrument of understanding that establishes pre-negotiated terms and pricing methodologies for a period of up to five years. It does not obligate government funds or guarantee work; instead, it allows the government to compete future delivery orders among agreement holders using FAR Parts 12, 13, or 15. To qualify for a BOA, applicants must pass several gates, including active registration in SAM.gov, acceptance of all applicable clauses, and a clean debarment status. The government intends to establish agreements with all qualified vendors. Future orders will be awarded based on price, lowest price technically acceptable, or a best value tradeoff process. All payment requests must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. The solicitation has undergone several administrative amendments to align with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul and has extended the closing date for proposal submissions to April 3, 2031. Interested parties must submit their applications electronically to the BOAST Group.
