Full Description
This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.201 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QL0000162 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect as of November 28, 2025, IAW the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 336413. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
The award will be in accordance with FAR 6.104-1. It is anticipated that an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Pricing should be quoted separately for all CLIN(s), for the base year and all four (4) option years as specified in the schedule. The Government will evaluate pricing for all part numbers for all years. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it provide specifications, plans, drawings or other technical data. Sources must be able to provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) for the components and provide proof of complete traceability to the Manufacturer as listed in the Schedule of Supplies. ALL QUANTITIES ARE ESTIMATES. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Conformance (COC) IAW FAR clause 52.246-15. The COC must be submitted in the format specified in the clause.
