The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is lowest price technically acceptable. Technical Capability and Past Performance are equal in merit. 


This is a solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with FAR 19.5 the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.


All quotes need to be submitted electronically for specific Less Lethal to the Point of Contact identified in Contract Opportunities combined synopsis/solicitation announcement by the date and time indicated. Far 52.222-90 clause is for commercial products and commercial service, for which the place of delivery or performance is in the United States.


As part of your quote submission, you are required to include price information and DUNS number.  You are responsible for submitting your quote at the time specified. Late submissions will not be accepted.  


The vendor must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submittal to be considered for award.  Please provide the quote expiration date and best delivery schedule if awarded the contract. DOJ-05. Security of Department Information and Systems, contains updated security requirements that contractors must comply with in contracts involving DOJ Information and information systems.
